In each Starter Package there are 3 phone numbers that will be allotted. If you need more, please speak to your representative for additional pricing and placement. Generally you get one main number, a fax number, and a conference bridge number, but you can also assign these to any call group, user, or call flow.

Your package will come with 3 numbers that are placed as 1. Main Number 2. Fax number 3. Conference bridge. You can move these anywhere on the platform if one of these services is not something you will use.

There are charges to add extra DiDs to your account of $3 per month

Do you need a Toll Free Number?(Required)

There are charges to add a TFN to your account as well as extra charges if it is a Vanity number. Please discuss this with your Representative. TFN

Do you need Call Recording(Required)

Do you need some or all of you incoming or outgoing calls recorded and stored? Sometime we need this for claims or other reasons. There is a $25 a month extra charge for this service but it may be worth it for your peace of mind.

Faxes and Voicemails

Here, you can help us know which email to send faxes and voicemails to. Each account comes with a "Main Voicemail" box that can be used at the end of a call flow or at the end of your incoming Interactive Voice Recording when a customer calls in. If for example it is after closing hours you may not have anybody answering calls and it will go to the main voicemail so the client can leave a massage. This message will be sent to all users that you designate in the areas below. Some companies already have their own distribution list setup to notify several people, like Admin@123.com. if you have that already setup, then you can use that.

Getting your Auto Attendant right

You did great!! Now we are going to setup the recording that your customers will hear when they call You. This a very important part of your setup. We will do our best to get this right the first time. But if we don't. Don't worry. We can change it for you in the beginning at no charge.

Do you Require Bilingual IVR (French and English)

We can do several language choices but we know French and English are the most popular . If you require OTHER language please indicate below and we have someone from our Deployment services reach out to you and do our best to meet your needs.
